The Tooth Doctor
Abigail and Porter had their first dental exam on Wednesday. They got to sit in the big chair and Dr. Tate looked in their mouths. They were so good. They got new toothbrushes and got to look at the fishies. I'm so proud of them. Next visit in March.

Our neighbors around the corner, Jack and Jennifer, brought their identical twin boys (Caden and Jack- 12 months old) over to play and have dinner. They had a ball. All 4 kids tore up the living room and wore themselves out. I cannot determine who is who in the pic. After dinner we took the kids out for an evening stroll.

Labor Day 2007

Carey and I were buzzing around the house. We decided at the last minute to take a break and head downtown. Our first stop was Whole Foods. We grabbed a healthy slice of pizza some cold drinks and let the kids play in the stream.

First mom wanted to stop and have our picture taken by this mural she's had her eye on.

Then we headed down to Town Lake and took in the new Zen Garden. There's a pond you can look out on, a fountain park and an overlook of the whole place. It was really cool and the kids were worn out to say the least.

The kids again went to Sunday School this weekend (nursery). I got paged in church for the first time. The kids were crying their eyes out when I went to pick them up. They were just so tired I guess. There were about 4 other kids crying too. So sad. They needed a nap big time.
