Abigail pretty much steals the show in this post

Abigail with her pants on her head. Party on Abigail!

Now mom, you don't wear your pants on your head

I am one happy baby! Mom stuffed me in these Christman pants. I'm expecting a flood!

Ok, I'm sick of Oprah. Let's see whats on the news! (Yes, Porter can punch the buttons on the tv)

I've taught the kids to watch the birdies. They love this.

Fun Weekend
We went to Grammie and Grandpas house to celebrate a late Mother's Day. They were out of town that weekend.

Dad and Abigail

Abigail in her pretty purple dress

Later that day we went to a cookout at Grandma Sondra's condo. We had burgers and wine. Mmmmmm. Everyone had a really good time. And Porter loved the balloons and splashing his feet in the pool. I dipped Abigails feet in the pool. She thought that was cool. Abigail tried potato salad and loved it.

I'm gonna get you balloon

GOTCHA!

Do we have a Frisbee golfer on our hands?

1 Year Check Up!
Well, we must be doing something right. The kids are alive and well. The kids did really well with their shots. Poor Abigail cried alot. Porter cried but then Grammie Joyce took away all the pain by hugging him really tight. Daddy consoled Abigail as best he could. She gets to crying really hard and it makes dad sad. So he sings his lullaby to her. Then we went to Costco afterwards to get whole milk and more diapers. Yep, Dr. Alfaro gave the go ahead for whole milk with some formula. She's such a cool doc. Porter weighed in at 20 pounds and some change. Abigail at 17 and some change. Abigail, I hope you can face forward for the trip to Tulsa!

We wait, we wait.

Before the room was torn apart by the Best Twins. Nurse Amy waits to check us out.

I'm wayyyyyyyyyyy up here grandma. I'm gonna get my slobber all over this mirror.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh a Princess! Hi Princess, I'm Abigail. Nice to meet you.

Porter making friends with the baby in the mirror.

I know we've met before. I just can't remember where.

I'm a petite girl. I weigh a little over 17 pounds. Let's check out this magazine stand here.

Hmmmm, what's this I can mangle? Oh, by the way Porter. Great placement of the hand.

Just Horsin' Around
I tell ya what. Miss Abbey is blossoming. She's a social butterfly. Waving, clapping and saying bye-bye. She's still our little petite princess though. I mentioned that their 1 year apppointment was last week. Well, it's this week. So we'll see how big the kiddos are. I think we're doing a pretty good job. Last time, Dr. Alfaro said, "You're doing what I need you do be doing. The babies look great." I think that's cool that she gave us a compliment. Parents need to hear words of encouragement. I bet they take Porter off formula. Abigail, they might keep her on it. I dunno. We'll see. Does this mean that my babies are growing up? Is this the start of them not needing me? There has to be some point where I become less and less needed. Not in the sense that they don't NEED me, but you know. They are starting to venture out like little ducklings. But always staying near momma duck. Porter is a climbing machine. He can't get high enough. Crawl on daddy to get to the remote. Crawl on momma to get to the seat of the couch. Carey had to raise the blind cords. Mr. Porter can reach them from the couch. uh oh. Porter can also reeeeeeach and touch the front door knob. He thinks he's going somewhere I guess.

I see you brother

Here I am

Weird face.

Grandma helping me eat corn on the cob. Thanks Grandma, this is delicious.

Ok, I'll take over from here. Thank you.
